Baby Care & Pregnancy Guide

Welcome to baby care guide

Being a Parent is the most important and responsible role you will ever have. And it begins long before the birth of your child. By making sure that you and your partner are both healthy before conception, you will be giving your baby the best possible start in life.

Once you have conceived, and your pregnancy is confirmed, you will want to do everything you can to ensure that you are doing the best for your developing baby. Understanding what is happening during your pregnancy and how your baby is developing will help you to cope with both the physical and emotional changes that you are likely to experience.

The period between the three months to one year of the baby is one of the most exciting period as the pace of developmental changes is breathtaking. your baby will learn to sit, then crawl, and later to walk, and will develop manipulative skills. She will observe and interact with the world and learn to communicate.

During pregnancy, as the growing baby fills the abdomen and squashes the internal organs many women experience heartburn. Eating small, frequent meals throughout the day and sleeping propped up on pillow may ease symptoms.
